Shuswap Hospice Society

Delivering Compassionate Care for the Dying and Bereaved

Suite 4, 781 Marine Park Drive Salmon Arm, BC V1E 2W7

We care. We are here to help you and your loved ones.

The Shuswap Hospice Society supports those who are dealing with a diagnosis, death, and grief. We provide compassionate care to those living with a life-limiting illness. We offer grief support and bereavement support to the families and friends of those whose loved ones have died.

Our services are provided free to anyone who needs them. No referrals are needed.

We focus on the individual needs of each person as they contact us.

We want you to know that we care and we are here to help, please call 250-832-7099

Our Support Groups, Programs, and Services are constantly changing to reflect the needs of the community. The Shuswap Hospice Society does not provide counseling services; we have trained and compassionate volunteers.

This site is under development and more information will be provided soon.
In the meantime, please get in touch with us at 250-832-7099 or info@shuswaphospice.ca

Volunteer or become a member

Our volunteers are men and women of this community who are willing to give a few hours a week to visit clients in homes, hospitals, or long term care facilities. They are carefully screened and trained to provide services tailored to individual needs. Volunteers are special people who can support others in a knowledgeable, confidential and compassionate manner, thus making a positive difference to the quality of someone else’s life. For those wishing to be volunteers, please view our volunteer information pamphlet
